Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust require a competent contractor to undertake a 6 Facet Survey of all Trust premises in accordance with guidance contained in Health Building Note 00-08 Estatecode – Welsh Edition 2009 and Estatecode supplement: Land and Property Appraisal and Estate Performance Indicators -Welsh edition 2010. The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 70% quality and 30% cost as detailed in the ITT document.
