Tender description

<p>Create a framework for understanding the characteristics of UK places (represented by local authority boundaries) which explains their current performance in terms of climate change (progress towards &lsquo;net zero&rsquo;) and helps define and prioritise actions which a place can take to improve this performance. Framework to be created in close consultation with relevant stakeholders / intended users within local authorities. In addition to the framework itself, the successful supplier will also create an algorithm which situates a place on the dimensions of the framework (in terms of performance and capabilities) and which can be implemented online as a self-service questionnaire.</p> Keywords: Energy Consultancy
