Tender description

Design, build, installation, supply, commissioning and training of a multi motor generator dynamometer test stand, to test and characterise other rotating machines in the research field of electrified propulsion. Provision, design, build, installation, commissioning and training of a 60 krpm 40 kW generator dynamometer test stand. This test stand is aimed for mid to high speed testing applications. The test stand will consist of 1 No test bed, which allow enough space to house the machine and any gearing as requested in this tender and a single or multiple machines under test. It shall have a considered machine mounting system to allow flexibility in mounting test articles e.g. locating slots to allow coupling and alignment on different shafts and be machined and finished to a high tolerance to ensure accuracy in motor levelling. They will also allow for flange and foot mounted machines under test.
