EDC wish to appoint a supplier or consortium of suppliers to develop a creative, exciting and comprehensive Meanwhile Plan for Ebbsfleet Garden City including a mixture of cultural, creative industry, heritage and community uses, along with housing, commercial, sports and health. The commission includes: developing a detailed meanwhile proposal and costings for land at Northfleet Station to RIBA stage 2 including cultural, creative and /or participatory activities; assessing potential meanwhile sites and uses across the whole development area and developing an assessment tool which allows EDC to plan for and initiate meanwhile uses on identified sites in the future.
