Tender description

Essex county council are looking for a set of suppliers to provide a range of expert and cost effective marketing and communications services. The authority proposes to establish a new framework for four years (2 years with an option to extend for 2 further periods of up to 12 months). This framework will consist of six LOTs. A combination of direct awards and mini competitions will be used to decide which supplier is selected for an individual piece of work. The successful suppliers must ensure that the service is available to be commissioned when requests and needed from May 2020.
