Tender description

Lincolnshire County Council is in the process of assessing the best way in which to procure a contract to deliver an NHS Health Check Software Support Service to the Providers of the Lincolnshire NHS Health Check Programme, all of whom are currently Lincolnshire-based GP Practices. The Council anticipates the service will include requirements to: provide NHS Health Check software (including templates that work across various clinical systems) and ensure any underlying software required is in place; write and maintain GP system templates; train staff on the use of templates; manage a range of data flows; monitor compliance; and report on performance. The Council is keen to hear from all providers who are interested and able to deliver a service of this type. The Council would like to invite interested providers to complete a short market questionnaire, responses to which will be used to inform decisions about the final scope and packaging of the service. Details about accessing the questionnaire are included in section II.2.4) below. The Council is exploring the best way in which to procure the services and this will be informed by the interest generated by this PIN and analysis of the information shared through the market engagement process. The questionnaire can be downloaded from the portal advert section in pro contract which is where you can officially express an interest (www.procontract.due-north.com).
