Tender description

The Public Health Agency (PHA) is planning to tender for the provision of a relationship and sexuality education service. The service will involve delivering education programs to young people in community settings across Northern Ireland. A market engagement meeting is being held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday 2 December 2020 via virtual video conference in order to gain a clear understanding of available services and developments in this market, gauge the level of interest in the provision of the service and discuss the envisaged timelines in advance of any formal tender process. Interested providers are required to register their interest by emailing to the address below (see II.2.4). Full details on how to access the virtual meeting will be provided to registered attendees. The above date is subject to change. To register attendance interested providers are required to email PaLSSocialcare.sourcing@hscni.net by Friday 27 November at 3 p.m. providing the following information: 1) Organisation name; 2) Brief description of the services your organisation provides; 3) Name and title of maximum of 2 attendees. This PIN is not a call for tender, there is no guarantee that a tender will be advertised and any attendance does not constitute a Commitment to participate in a tendering exercise. Failure to show interest in the PIN or attend the market engagement does not restrict providers from participating in any tendering exercise. Any procurement exercise will be advertised on the eTendersNI website (https://etendersni.gov.uk). Note: interested providers are not required to make any submissions in advance of the market engagement other than the details Requested above. Note: Decisions in regards to the service model and award procedure have yet to be finalised.
