Tender description

<p>To improve the safety of the town centre and encourage people back to the town&rsquo;s High Streets to improve the economic recovery of the town. The project will enhance the public realm by implementing a suite of signage that encourages social distancing. By doing this creatively, we will improve the attractiveness of the high streets and lift spirits. The idea is to create a series of illustrated characters and scenarios that demonstrate social distancing in locally-relevant and creative ways. The illustrations would &lsquo;take over the town&rsquo; featuring on hoardings, pavements, in shop windows, lamppost banners and building walls. They would also feature in a series of short animations which bring the characters to life.
