<p>The Government of Jersey is currently reorganising under a new One Government Target Operating Model to better deliver outstanding, modern public services and reflect changes to governance arrangements. The MS Foundations Programme has been established to deliver IT tools and achieve business change necessary to achieve this. A key workstream of this programme is the Azure Migration project which is seeking to procure services to support the delivery of a ‘cloud-first’ based platform in addition to the migration of services to Azure.
