Tender description
The service provider will address the needs of a minimum of 13* women, within a 12 month period, who have, or are at risk of, multiple children being removed from their care based within Sheffield boundaries. The service provider will offer an intense programme of therapeutic, practical and behavioural support through an integrated model. Each woman will have an identified key worker coordinating an individual programme designed around their needs looking at the various elements of their system.
