The Hive Building is located in the junction of N4 and Castlecara Road which comprises an enterprise activities as well as meetings rooms for corporate events. Proposed works to existing car park to include; Alterations, extension, re-alignment, of existing car parking area, & all associated Civil/Electrical site works at The Hive Building, Carrick On Shannon, Co. Leitrim. The works also comprise providing realignment of new car parking spaces through new markings. The works enclose relocation of existing lighting posts to be reinstated in a new location to suit new car parking layout, and associated builders works to building services engineering layout and specification. The external pavement finishes are to match the existing. The new drainage to be connected to existing to civil engineering layout and specification.
