Tender description

Basically the work shall consist of the Construction of an extension to the existing Crosshaven LTC Clubhouse & multipurpose building and all associated/ancillary works The Main Contractor should broadly consider the project as: Clearing the ground as necessary in the vicinity of the proposed development as necessary. Careful consideration is to be given to the existing survey sheets. Carry out the required demolition. Construction of any associated site walls and foundations required. Construction of the proposed extension of the Sports Building/Clubhouse complete as shown. Alteration/Refurbishment of the Existing Clubhouse structure as per drawings. Installation of all mechanical services shown and connection to existing services. Installation of all electrical services shown and connection to existing services. Installation of all finishes specified. Construction of or extension to the hard landscaped areas as shown particularly towards the front of the proposed extension to the building. Construction of all other associated structures shown and all associated works. The above is not exhaustive.
