Heat Networks Delivery Unit (HNDU) — mapping and masterplanning proposals. Southampton City Council wishes to appoint a leading specialist energy mapping/master planning practice of national and/or international standing to undertake a detailed, integrated energy mapping and masterplanning study for areas within the City Council boundary, building on previous studies, reviewing the options, and providing a comprehensive strategic plan for the future in terms of expanding and decarbonising existing networks; all as more specifically detailed within the Service Specification and supporting contract documents.
