Tender description

Expressions of Interest are invited for suitably qualified Main Contractors who wish to be considered for the works including the construction of a two storey, eight classroom school of approx. 1616 sq.m. including general purpose room, support teaching spaces,ancillary accommodation, photovoltaic panels and associated siteworks on greenfield site. The site works include the formation of new site access, sightlines, car & bus set-down area, vehicular and pedestrian entrance, car parking, hard play areas, supply and installation of a foul treatment plant with pumped effluent discharge to percolation area, rainwater harvesting system, landscaping works including Riparian strip and other external works. The site is in close proximity to the M1 motorway and the building must comply with the recommendations of the completed Preliminary Acoustic Report.
