Tender description

The purpose of the framework is to ensure that the client meets its obligations with regards to health and safety in relation to these works and to ensure that Dutyholders under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations properly discharge their regulatory duties. The services to be provided under the framework may include: • the provision of advice and audit services to the client in respect of its health and safety responsibilities, processes and procedures in relation to design, pre-construction, planning, construction and maintenance works; • the provision of advice to the client relating to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations; • attendance at project design and progress meetings; • conducting site health and safety audits; • Presenting training courses, workshops and seminars.
