The Council is seeking a supplier to provide and fit carpets and vinyl floor coverings to properties which the Council designates "Furnished Tenancies". The Council wish to offer their tenants the ability to choose a flecked felt backed carpet within silver/grey, beige/brown, blue and pink colours and vinyl with a choice of tile/wood/block colours.
