PLEASE NOTE: This opportunity has now been cancelled due to a change in requirements and dates. A new announcement will be made shortly as a separate notice for a totally new opportunity. Stand build for Sirha event , Lyon, France. This will be to just cover this one stand build AHDB require a company to manage and deliver at an exhibition, including the stand design and construction at SIRHA 2021, within a 85m² exhibition space The objectives of the stand are to: • Provide an impactful, visible platform for meat producers to create new business relationships with international meat buyers • Provide seating and informal meeting space on the stand for AHDB, QMS and HCC The contractor will be responsible for the management, design and construction of the stand including: • Project management. • Design of an innovative, cost effective stand environment fulfilling the requirements listed in the brief. • Provision of furniture and related equipment. • Installation of electrical and water supplies. • Liaison with the exhibition organiser and their contractors. • Post-show stand breakdown. • Stand Analytics AHDB (the Agriculture, Horticulture Development Board) is a non-departmental Government body promoting British Pork, and English Beef and Lamb at home and abroad.
