Building Extension to Iverk Show Grounds

Tender description

The project consists of an extension to existing buildings on Iverk Show Grounds, consisting of office, archive room, mezzanine floor, toilet block and ancillary associated site works at Belline, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny. Detailed Description Contractors are invited to tender for the proposed works, which include the hoarding to secure the working area as applicable, the construction of the works as per the Works Requirements and all other associated site works. Act as PSDP, PSCS and manage health and safety within the live environment. Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with the current Building Regulations and Technical Guidance Documents. Given the nature of the facility, the works have to be completed within a restricted spatial area. It should also be noted that given the nature of the work involved and moreover the lead-in time associated with pertinent materials, the tendering Contractor must satisfy himself/herself that he/she has both the technical capacity and specialist human / schedule resources available to commit to the pertinent scope.
