Brookfield Court is a grade II building. The project is for repairs to the roof of Brookfield court. The roof is slate with lead flashings. The roof is complex with a number of slopes and some complex forms. The main roof contains a bellcote in the centre. The roof repair works include; replacement of slates, refixing of slates, replacement of flashings, refixing of flashings, rebeding of ridge tiles, replacement of outlets and introduction of roof ventilation. The building has been converted into a number of flats, which are in private ownership, this must be considered during the works.
