<p>Health Education England (HEE) is inviting suppliers that are skilled in consultancy, analysis, evaluating, high quality reporting and with values that are aligned to the NHS Constitution and with an understanding of the digital health challenges and opportunities; to develop an evaluation and retention study on the bioinformaticians training programme .
