BHFT 0276 Provision of IT Cabling - SSQ

BHFT (Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust) operates from a multiple location across Berkshire. At any point in time, the BHFT may request from the supplier to propose and quote for the supply and installation of suitable IT cabling and associated IT fittings. On occasions we will require the identification, reporting and quotation for the repair of cable faults. This requirement will be communicated by either BHFT IT Department or BHFT Facilities Department. If supplier's quotation proposal is approved internally, the installation would then be expected to commence within the agreed timeframe. The contract duration will be 2 initial years followed by 2 extensions of 12 months each. Additional information: TO DOWNLOAD A SSQ Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once): browse to the ESourcing Portal: https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk/bhft/web/login.shtml and click the link to register, - accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue', - enter your correct business and user details, - note the username you chose and click 'save'- when complete, - you will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep secure). Login to the portal with the username/password: - click the 'PQQ/ITTs open to all suppliers' link (these are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or tenders open to any registered suppliers), - click on the relevant PQQ/ITT to access the content, - click the 'Express Interest' button in the 'Actions' box on the left-hand side of the page. This will move the PQQ into your My PQQ/My ITTs page (this is a secure area reserved for your projects only), - you can now access any of the attachments by clicking the 'Settings and Buyer Attachment' in the 'Actions' box.
