Tender description

CPI are looking to establish a framework agreement with a supplier in order to provide financial accounting services in particular reference to statutory audits, taxation computations and filing, financial compliance checks and associated support services such as tax advice and ad-hoc advice to Centre for Process Innovation Ltd, CPI Innovation Services Ltd, CPI Enterprises Ltd and any subsidiary companies whether trading or dormant. CPI is a member of the high value manufacturing catapult. CPI are looking to establish a single supplier framework for the provision of statutory financial audit services to CPI and its subsidiaries an annual basis through the duration of this framework. CPI are seeking to establish a single supplier framework for the provision of financial compliance checks and associated support services to CPI on an as and when basis. Suppliers would be expected to provide the following services: • corporation tax advice, computation and submission; • R&D tax advice, computation and submission; • advice on employment taxes; • VAT advice and computation; • ad-hoc taxation advice (including but not limited to) employment taxes and VAT.
