Tender description

The Project is for the provision of a new six-class primary school with a gross internal floor area of 1.161m2. The new school accommodation will form a new provision for the amalgamation of existing primary school provisions at Mullaghbuoy and Listress. The construction works will include the provision of entrance lobbies and school reception areas, circulation storage and ancillary areas, classrooms and teaching spaces complete with hygiene facilities for nursery and primary pupils, covered courtyards and play area, multi-purpose hall and resource areas, dining areas, kitchen, food preparation and storage areas, staff, administrative, teaching support and offices. The external and site development works will include entrance roads and car parking, potential surrounding infrastructure upgrades (junction realignment and road widening), play areas, landscaped and grass areas complete with SUDS drainage, boundary protection and site services.
