All Wales Orthopaedic, Trauma and Joint Replacement Framework

Tender description

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership – Procurement Services (NWSSP), hosted by Velindre NHS Trust, is seeking to renew its Framework Agreement AW33347 All Wales Joint replacement framework. The framework agreement is and will continue to be utilised by NHS Wales bodies as defined in the National Health Services (Wales) Act 2006 and HSC Business Service Organisation Northern Ireland. The current framework agreement is broken down into Lots detailed within section II.2 Description of this notice. NHS Wales, via NWSSP, would like to hold pre-tender engagement with interested Bidders to explore all options, including amending/addition of Lots and value-based / outcome-based solutions, prior to commencing tender process. This will assist in determining the procurement route to be undertaken. All interested parties will be invited to pre-tender engagement presentations on the following dates: Friday 13th and Tuesday 16th November 2020 via MS Teams. There will be a Morning and Afternoon session on both days (max 40 attendees per session) Interested parties are requested to express their interest in writing by email with subject to read Declaration of Interest, to Charlie.Pritchard@wales.nhs.uk including contact name, position, company name, telephone number and contact email address's by no later than Thursday 12th November 2020. You should also indicate which session you wish to attend after which you will be sent separate MS Teams invitation.
