The works: Abbey Vocational School, RN 71180F – 2 SEN Unit and 6 Additional General classrooms in addition approximately 50% of Re-Roofing of existing Roof and Provision of 3 no New Ball courts. Nature: Construction of Single Storey Extension to provide 6 No Additional General Classrooms together with a Two-Classroom SEN unit including works to the Existing School which involve Re-Roofing works to approximately 50% of the Existing Roof, together with significant Fire Upgrades internally. The external works involve the provision of 3 no new ball courts to rear of the campus, provision of a curtilage paving, soft play area, car parking, new retaining walls, alterations and connections to existing utility services.
