Agri-EPI Centre is seeking bids from qualified and experienced facilities management providers to join its framework to provide both hard and soft FM services for its sites for both internal and external building needs as required, and this includes any activities which need to be conducted to comply with any FM, H&S and regulatory and/or obligatory requirements stipulated by legislation and/or the landlord of such sites as applicable. Lot 3: Hard and Soft Services combined Agri-EPI Centre is seeking bids from qualified and experienced facilities management providers to join its framework to provide both hard and soft FM services for its sites for both internal and external building needs as required, and this includes any activities which need to be conducted to comply with any FM, H&S and regulatory and/or obligatory requirements stipulated by legislation and/or the landlord of such sites as applicable. The overall objective is to create a framework where all of the AEC sites can call off services and where applicable, and in addition, maintenance, servicing, medical, hygiene, janitorial, kitchen, stationery and any other consumables as each site requires. The first call off requirement will urgently be for our Northern Hub (Edinburgh) with other sites subsequently calling off requirements during the term of the framework.
