Tender description

The works comprise the removal and replacement of existing windows within 2-storey and 3-storey blocks of flats and houses with new double glazed timber windows along with ancillary works for joinerwork finishings internally around window ingoes, painting to the joinerwork finishings around ingoes and silicone pointing around window frames externally and internally. Replacing kitchen and bathroom window fans. Replacement of the communal stair windows to some tenements may be required (where all tenement properties owned by Council and if windows are in a poor condition).
