ECC is keen to understand potential approaches for the supply of park and ride services in Chelmsford and Colchester. ECC would like to engage the market to understand different models for achieving our minimum aim of awarding a cost neutral/income generating contract with a view to potential for future revenue growth. ECC is keen to understand potential approaches for the supply of park and ride services in Chelmsford and Colchester. ECC would like to engage the market to understand different models for achieving our minimum aim of awarding a cost neutral/income generating contract with a view to potential for future revenue growth. Suppliers will suffer no prejudice for not participating in ECCs market engagement. With the exception of commercially confidential information, which the supplier should indicate as such, information gathered during the engagement event may be used to inform ECC’s future requirements and may also be published to all suppliers together with any other relevant documents in the event of any future procurement activity. The services required would be Chelmsford (Sandon), Chelmsford (Chelmer Valley) and Colchester and would commence in September 2021 for an initial 4 years with a possible extension for a further 3 years.
