Tender description

1.1 The overarching aim of the Works is to create a Family Contact Centre for the London Borough of Hillingdon. The service is to be transferred from their existing premises in West Drayton. Other Council services may also use the offices at a future date. 1.2 The Site is part of the Council's Main Civic Centre, and is situated within the private grounds of the Civic Centre. Strict access requirements will be implemented and outlined in the documents. 1.3 This document is to be read in conjunction with the contract, as amended, any drawings and specifications, and the contract preliminaries.
