Tender description

The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to increase capacity within the market for Temporary Accommodation through various models of accommodation, such as; Shared House, Home Share and Supported Lodgings – which notably includes Community Hosting. Additional capacity will enable people, who have been accessed as homeless, and require accommodation to access accommodation which is appropriate to their needs. This PIN is only for market research purposes to assess the capacity and interest within the market for Temporary Accommodation, including forms of ‘Hosting’. Accommodation could be provided for specific client groups and for those with no/low or med/high support needs.
