Tender description

GWR are seeking to appoint a contractor until the end of the current franchise to undertake environmental monitoring, provide reports and a portal with all updates and certificates. Environmental monitoring predominantly is undertaken at our Depots with Asbestos testing covering both the Stations and the Depots. Oil Sampling is taken directly from the trains at our Depots. Some examples of sampling/testing required are: oil sampling, asbestos testing and condition reporting, water supply, various coolant tests, deionised water, fuel tanks, effluent discharge, open water quality, carriage wash sampling, tank fed water supplies, LEV monitoring and noise monitoring. First Greater Western Ltd (t/a Great Western Railway and /or GWR) is seeking a provider of environmental monitoring and asbestos testing across 53 Stations and 5 Engineering Depots.
