Supported Housing Concierge Service

<p>Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to procure overnight staff cover at our supported housing projects across the district of Maidstone, being primarily based at our Marsham Street Assessment Centre or our new Trinity Housing project &ndash; next door to our Marsham Street site. The service will provide overnight concierge cover for five/six supported housing projects for rough sleepers and those with complex needs within the district of Maidstone. We are looking to base the service in Marsham Street or Trinity Housing Project but offer a roaming service across the other sites in central Maidstone and currently Wateringbury but we are seeking to decommission this project in early 2021 so it would then not be part of our portfolio. At times we will also need an ad hoc service to cover the other accommodation units across the district which are not shared sites.
