The building will consist of 5 storeys with a combination of dental clinical spaces, minor surgery room, a Clean Disinfection Unit (CDU), teaching spaces, laboratories, office space, toilets, changing areas, storerooms, plant rooms, external facilities / FM yard, etc. The CDU equipment shall consist of the following package of items: 1) Autoclave x 3 2) Autoclave Passthrough Hatch x 1 3) Washer x 4 4) Washer Passthrough Hatch x 1 5) Window Passthrough Hatch x 1 6) Trolley Wash x1
