<p>Contract No. MITIG/STOD/20/1 Ashford Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint hydrological and hydrogeological experts to provide support on a number of water related work areas. A working knowledge of the planning system and the process of Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) is also required. The Consultant will work with the Council and its partners to prepare a &lsquo;Stodmarsh Mitigation Plan&rsquo; which will provide deliverable strategic and non-strategic solutions to mitigate the nutrient impact of planned future development within the Stour Catchment area. The Mitigation Plan will be supported by a detailed phasing plan and a costed delivery plan.
