This prior information notice to inform providers that the London Borough of Newham is intending to publish a contract notice for the delivery of the following services for looked after children and care leavers for the Council’s dynamic purchasing system (DPS) procurement: — foster care homes (independent fostering agencies), — supported lodgings, — children’s homes, — semi-independent accommodation and support services for young people aged 16 plus and care leavers. A meet the buyers event has been scheduled for Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 November. A further PIN will be published with details of the event. When a looked after child lives in a family home where care and support is provided. Estimated value GBP 5 479 181 per annum. Where looked after children aged 16 and over live in a communal home with shared facilities with either staff on site or with floating support. Accommodation and support is provided. Estimated value GBP 9 722 861 per annum. Accommodation and support in a family home is provided to looked after children and care leavers aged 16 and over. Estimated value GBP 352 075 per annum. Where care and support is provided to looked after children in a registered children’s home setting. To be evidenced by an Ofsted rating of good or outstanding. Estimated value GBP 8 816 228 per annum.
