Tender description

Legacy CCTV system requires OEM expertise to continue monitoring and maintaining the system to avoid increase in security risk to the citizens of West Dunbartonshire. WDC has a legacy CCTV monitoring systems and hardware that have been run, monitoried, maintained and updated by the incumbent supplier for a number of years. The system of monitoring and technical operation of the CCTV is such that to change will cause a technical integration risk, as well as potentially putting the security of citizens at risk, and therefore no other provider is suitable at this stage.
