Tender description

Design, supply and installation of a microseismic monitoring system and associated processing of the data for the purposes of a deep geothermal development at Eden Project in Cornwall, UK. A real time background seismic and a separate strong ground motion monitoring system is required in the vicinity of the project site, with integrated facilities to cater for: 1) monitoring background natural seismic events before the drilling of the first well; 2) monitoring seismic activity and strong ground vibration during the drilling of the first well; 3) Monitoring seismic activity and strong ground vibration during the testing and operational phase of the first well. The acquisition system will enable real-time seismic monitoring data to be collected, recorded and made available to EGL.
