Tender description
This is a voluntary ex-ante transparency notice (VEAT) notice of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) with the intention to award a contract. NUH intends to award contracts to Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) until December 2027 for validation, maintenance and services of the Sterrad 100NX equipment. ASP provides infection prevention technologies and has provided the maintenance and services and associated consumables for the Sterrad equipment for a number of years. ASP confirms they have not approved any service and validation engineers working with third parties nor provided certification or approval access to the required spare parts, therefore being the only provider able to offer the required spare parts/consumables, validation and maintenance and services. We require service and maintenance for our Sterrad equipment. We believe Advanced Sterilization Products to be the only provider who can service and maintain our Sterrad equipment. We believe there to be no other third party who are approved to service and maintain the equipment, or who have been approved to access the required spare parts therefore do not have a proven track record of service. We believe there to be no other third party who are approved to service and maintain the equipment, or who have been approved to access the required spare parts therefore do not have a proven track record of service. We wish to contract with the believed sole provider for a period of 7 years.
