Repair and maintenance services of medical and surgical equipment

This is a Voluntary ex ante transparency notice (VEAT) notice of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) with the intention to award a contract. NUH intends to award contracts to Optima Medical until April 2027 for extended warranty, maintenance and services and associated consumables of neurodiagnostic equipment. Optima Medical provides neurodiagnostic equipment and accessories (EEG, Sleep, EMG, IOM. ICP) and has provided the maintenance and services and associated consumables for a number of years. Optima Medical is the only UK supplier of the equipment and the only ones that can provide the software updates and import any replacement hardware.
