<p>Bury Council are seeking to appoint a commercial property agency with a multi-disciplinary team who are able to offer a comprehensive service for the Council&rsquo;s initial work on the redevelopment of Radcliffe Town Centre. The successful bidder must be able to demonstrate: &bull; Experience of advising on all property aspects for major commercial and mixed use regeneration sites within Greater Manchester and the wider region. &bull; A strong multi-disciplinary team that can advise the Council on the first stages of the project. &bull; Experience of working on valuations and negotiations. The budget for this contract is &pound;80k, any bids received over this value will not be considered.
