Quantity surveying services for additional accommodation for St Teresa's, Balbriggan. St Teresa’s P.S. is a primary school under the trusteeship of the Catholic Archdiocese of Dublin. Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: Section A: • 5 classroom 80 m2 each; • 2 SET rooms: 15 m2 each; • UA toilets 4.5 m2; • 2 staff toilets 3.5 m2; • electrical 2 m2; • data Coms 5 m2; • Total 554.9 m2. Section B: • 2 classroom SEN base 439.3 m2; • giving a floor area (incl. circulation and internal walls) of 1 114 m2. Also: • secure hard and soft play area 200 m2; • sensory garden 100 m2; • 6 parking spaces 6. Also: • demolition of 4 prefabs 380 m2.
