Provision of Employees Assistance Programme Services & Occupational Health Services Invitation to Tender

Tender description

Adur & Worthing Councils are inviting providers to tender for provision of Employees Assistance Programme Services and Occupational Health Services (EAP and OH Services) for a period of 4 (four) years. This document constitutes a formal request to tender for the provision of EAP and OH Services to Adur & Worthing Councils (for the purposes of this contract 'the Council'). The Councils Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Occupational Health Service (OH) have traditionally been run separately, but could be run together under one provider. However the council does recognise that because of the specialist nature of these services that this might not be best value for council, so the councils will be running this tender in lots: o LOT 1 - Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) o LOT 2 - Occupational Health Services (OH) The bidders can tender for either Lot or for both Lots and inform the council of the advantages of combining the services under one supplier.
