To appoint a Single Independent Advocacy Service to delivery the following services; o Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) o Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) o Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) and Relevant Person's Representatives (RPR) o Litigation Friend o Statutory National Health Service Complaints Advocacy (NHS - CA) o Statutory Care Act Advocacy (CAA) (Support / Assessment, Safeguarding, Carers and Hospital Advocacy) o Non-statutory Advocacy (NSA) - Generic Community Advocacy.} Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
