Pre-Market Engagement: Fostering CRM System

Leicester City Council is responsible for Children's Social Care, which includes the recruitment of new foster carers. In an effort to improve our recruitment performance we need to employ new methods that will help us communicate with potential and existing foster carers. This proposed CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system will help us retain existing carers and increase conversion rates and discoverability of new applicants.Through this pre-market engagement, we hope to gain insight into what solutions are available and how the council can gain from modern methods and technologies. We aim to apply these insights to inform a business case and gain approval for a full procurement exercise in the future.
