<p>The London Borough of Bromley (“the Council”) is inviting quotations for the provision of planters in Bromley, Beckenham and Penge Town Centres The Council would like to replace existing barriers in the main town centres with planters. These barriers were introduced to widen the pavements and enable social distancing within the town centres.
