Tender description

University of Limerick (UL) invites tenders for the provision of photography services for conferring ceremonies. A high quality service from experienced / qualified individuals or companies to provide graduation photography services on an "as needed" basis to UL, with a strong customer focused ethos. Providers will need to demonstrate their services can be delivered and managed to the highest standard. UL wish to invite tenders to provide for professional photography services for Graduation Ceremonies. Also to provide details of carrying out service for ensuring compliance with Covid 19 guidelines this may mean a necessity to deliver the service in a different way. Ceremonies are held annually at the university. Graduation Ceremonies are held in January, June and August each year.
