Tender description

This notice is a call for competition in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 48(2) without further publication of a call for competition and invites interested economic operators to express interest. The authority is looking to engage a main contractor for the ‘Category B Fit Out’ works of an undisclosed office location within the Parliamentary Estate in Westminster, London. The work is expected to start in July 2021 and be completed by August 2022. Once appointed the contract will be issued based on the NEC3 suite of contracts. An invitation to tender (ITT) will be issued providing full details of the work package to those bidders who pass the suitability questionnaire and non functional security requirement stage of this event.
