Tender description

Newcastle City Council acting as the Lead Authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities, are carrying out a commissioning and procurement exercise for a Regional Contract for the supply of Aggregates, Concrete and Mortar and associated products Tool. A Supplier engagement will take place on Friday, 27 November 2020 from 10am - 11:30am. At this event we intend to share with the market: - key elements of the draft Service Specification, - detail of historic spend on similar goods, - proposed lotting structure, and - an indicative timeline for this commissioning and procurement exercise. The event will be held via Microsoft Teams and attendance is by invitation only.  Attendance is limited to a maximum of two delegates per Supplier.
