Tender description
This procurement is being carried out in compliance with Regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 — Negotiated Procedure without prior publication (following an unsuccessful OJEU Open tender/project reference ESCC-030113/OJEU notice 2020/S 024-055328). The new contract will be funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and by various project sponsors including East Sussex County Council. The council will be requiring social value commitments from the supplier for this contract. East Sussex County Council require a provider to deliver a range of inward investment and business support services for East Sussex for the period from contract commencement to 30 April 2023, with an optional extension of 12 months.
