The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) Housing Management is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carryout external cyclical repairs and redecoration works to the following blocks within the borough; 1-16 Manchester Drive W10 5BB 17-50 Manchester Drive W10 5BD 51-66 Manchester Drive W10 5BG 67-82 Manchester Drive W10 5BH The residential blocks are part of the blocks earmarked to benefit from the Council’s investment programme works due to the deteriorating condition of the blocks.
